TheSystems Expertis required todeliver innovative,high-qualitysolutions to customers. TheSLP/MDGSystems Expertshould have strong application development and systems integration experience. This person will adhere to Raytheon development standards and methodologies. This person will be capable ofrecommending andperformingdesignreviews with peers and be able to recognize goodprocesses and designs withinSLP/MDG system. This position will work as part ofaSAPES DTteam.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner with functional teams to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications\n\nProvide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements\n\nDesign, unit test, and implement SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications while working closely with functional teams\n\nResolve open issues and make decisions about alternate design approaches\n\nProactively provide work status\n\nFollow development standards and methodology\n\nEnsure that documentation is properly maintained\n\nSupport the change control process\n\nConduct design reviews with peers\n\nSupport application upgrades\n\nWork Defects\n\nDevelop test plans for new or modified programs\n\nTest, design, implement, and document fixes\n\nPerform issue resolution and root cause analysis\n\nProvide advanced problem solving and support, including on-call critical support\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor’s degree and 10+ years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 10 years of SLP/MDG Systems Expert Experience with SAP Business partner involving Vendors & Customers.\n\n10+ years of experience implementing SAP SLP/MDG at different industry verticals with 10 years of SAP SLP/MDG workflow framework and design work\n\nStrong customer service approach and effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels\n\nExpert troubleshooting techniques and ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion with the ability to collaborate and work well with others and ability to lead technical development projects\n\nAbility to engage vendor support on technical and functional issues and direct SAP SLP/MDG development team to resolve issues.\n\n Qualifications We Prefer\nImplementation experience using the scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodology and skills related to User Experience (UX)\n\nExperience delivering ECC and DT solutions outside of the United States\n\nWorking knowledge of the OSS process and the ABAP development process\n\nExperience extending SAP standard functionality using ABAP Objects and other modern SAP technologies.\n\nExperience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes\n\nWhat We Offer\nWhether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
