Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRole Summary:\nSupport the SIOP Manager in driving an integrated Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process through business analytics, planning systems governance, executive reporting and cross-functional planning support. The role analyzes demand, supply, inventory and operational performance to enable informed business decisions whileensuring planning master data integrity, supporting planning parameters and driving continuous improvement through reporting automation and digital transformation. This role serves as a key contributor in the transition towards Collins Connected Factory and standardized planning processes.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the monthly SIOP process by preparing integrated analyses, executive reports and business insights across demand, supply, inventory, capacity and delivery performance.\nAnalyze demand, production capacity, inventory and supply trends to identify risks, constraints and improvement opportunities.\nSupport aggregate capacity planning by evaluating available capacity against forecasted demand and highlighting resource constraints, bottlenecks and recovery scenarios.\nDevelop scenario analyses to evaluate demand, capacity and inventory trade-offs for executive decision-making.\nSupport financial reconciliation and executive SIOP reviews through data-driven planning recommendations.\nDevelop KPI dashboards and planning metrics to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, capacity utilization, schedule adherence and operational performance.\nMaintain planning master data integrity includingmaterial master, BOM, planning parameters, PFEP, lead times, lot sizes, safety stock and yield/scrap settings.\nPerform master data audits and validation to improve planning accuracy and MRP effectiveness.\nSupport planning data readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes and product transitions.\nPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials and Configuration Management to maintain planning data governance.\nDevelop and automate planning reports, dashboards and visual management tools using SAP, Excel, Power BI and future Connected Factory solutions.\nDrive process standardization, documentation and continuous improvement of SIOP and planning processes.\nSupport root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions through data-driven recommendations.\nCollaborate with Operations, Production Planning, Material Planning, Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Global Planning teams to support integrated business planning.\nProvide analytical support during executive reviews, supply planning discussions and operational reviews.\nWhat You Will Learn:\nAerospace manufacturing operations and industrialization processes within a highly regulated environment.\nEnd-to-end production planning, supply chain management, and manufacturing execution in a global aerospace organization.\nWork transfer and capability ramp-up methodologies supporting new product introduction and site expansion initiatives.\nCapacity planning, inventory optimization, demand management, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes.\nSAP Production Planning (PP), MRP, APS, MES, and other Industry 4.0 digital manufacturing technologies.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Statistics, Data Analytics or equivalent.\nSIOP, Supply Chain or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)\nAerospace or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing\nDemand, supply and inventory planning\nProduction planning and capacity planning\nPlanning master data governance (Material Master, BOM, Routings, PFEP)\n SAP ERP (PP/MM) and MRP\nPower BI, Excel, Power Query and planning analytics\nDashboard development and reporting automation\nRoot Cause Analysis and structured problem solving\nLean Manufacturing, CORE and Continuous Improvement\nDigital Manufacturing and Connected Factory initiatives\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
