Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nResponsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.\nDirects and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.\nEnsures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.\nSupport on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.\nCreating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.\nLiaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course\n3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles\nExperience with supplier management and vendor negotiations.\nKnowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing best practices.\nExperience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP ERP. \nStrong negotiation and communication skills.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities.\nTime management and organizational skills.\nAbility to work under deadlines.\nDecision-making and relationship management.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
