Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do *\nWork closely with Account Specialists to improve material flow\nDrive Supply Chain KPI to improve suppliers’ performance\nProactively monitor material delivery according to production schedule plan to ensure no material shortage\nOrdering of parts, scheduling it with the suppliers, based on the requirement planning\nPO creation & promised date management\nStock transfers / interplant transfers\nManaging safety stock levels\nShortage and risk management - WIP tracking & Schedule alignment, Inventory pull-in & pushout\nResolving delivery risks in supply chain\nEngineering change incorporation\nEnsure processes are in compliance with Procurement Process Procedures (PPP)\nExecute and drive inventory strategy\nSupplier quality management\nEnsure accuracy of SAP parameters\nAnnual inventory reconciliation at suppliers\nWork with suppliers that deal in complex components\nSupport Account Specialists in improving suppliers’ performance\nTechnical Experience:\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and planning parameters\nNavigate PLM systems, retrieve drawings and understand specifications\nGeneral understanding of procurement principles\nQualifications You Must Have *\nAny bachelors degree with upto 5 years of experience in material planning\nExperience user of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nKnowledge of Lean tools and concepts\nGood analytical skills\nHigh level of English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.\nMust have excellent written and oral communication skills.\nMust have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work, accurately perform duties with constant activity in the area and pay close attention to detail.\nMust be a self-starter requiring minimum supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments.\nAdability to work in a dynamic environment, relate to others and maintain flexibility with schedules of the department\nOpen minded / Team player and good inter personnel skills\nFrench proficiency\nWork Location: Bangalore\nTravel: No travel requirement\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nRequired to work in EST shift\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
