Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\n\nJob Description\nJob Title: Senior Associate Engineer - Manufacturing\nAs a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.\nWhat You will Do:\nEnsure compliance with environmental policies including hazardous waste management regulations.\nContinually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area.\nInteraction with Customer/counterpart on technical issues, projects on weekly basis\nDay today interaction with inter-departments such as EHS, Finance, Design, stores, planning etc\nReady to work in around the clock shift operations.\nInvestigate production technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions using Root cause analysis.\nProvide technical support for safety and ergonomics within the area.\nExecute, coordinate and manage new product transition schedule activities with minimal supervision\nWhat You Will Learn:\nTechnical expertise to plan, monitor and execution the manufacturing process of assembly and testing methods.\nOpportunities to contribute with GETC teams, SCM, Operation excellence (CORE) team, Inter plant customers and IPT teams and have global experience.\nGain Experience in Problem solving techniques through Root cause analysis tools with Cross Functional teams\nExposure of New Technology, Smart factory like Industry 4.0 and MES.\nQualifications You must have:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
