The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background and strong understanding of data modeling, data relationships and visualization best practices.\nThe position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and leadership, to create impactful visualizations that improve design validation, enhance system reliability, and optimize development efficiency while supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.\nThis position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.\nThis role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.\nWhat YOU will do:\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and analytic applications that provide clear, actionable insights.\nExecute end to end data processing, including data collection, cleaning, quality checks, statistical analysis, and visualization.\nAnalyze and automate large engineering and operational datasets using Python and SQL within cloud environments such as Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS/Azure.\nBuild scalable, secure visualization solutions aligned with enterprise data architecture, digital thread standards, and UX best practices.\nIntegrate diverse data sources (test data, simulations, PLM systems, operational metrics) into reliable, unified analytical views.\nDevelop data models, KPI frameworks, and visualization standards that support consistent decision making.\nCreate and support visualization solutions using knowledge graphs or ontology-based structures.\nTranslate complex engineering and business questions into well defined analytical solutions and compelling data stories.\nWork within Agile teams to deliver high-quality results, owning user stories and sprint deliverables.\nProduce clear technical documentation, presentations, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMentor junior engineers and analysts on visualization, data modeling, and data quality.\nSupport future expansion into Power BI, Power Apps, and application integration.\nTravel up to 10% domestically and internationally, as business needs permit.\nWhat YOU will learn:\nYou will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do?
