We seek a Senior Engineering Manager Infrastructure to guide a talented team in creating high-fidelity modeling, simulation, and training solutions.\nAs a Senior Engineering Manager, you will have dual responsibilities encompassing both technical and team leadership. You will oversee the software engineering infrastructure discipline which will include design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevSecOps and Cyber engineer support for a major simulation and training program. This will include managing scope, budget control, and execution for the program across the full lifecycle-from bids and proposals to requirements, design, development, integration, testing, verification, validation and delivery. Additionally, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive work culture, supporting staff career development, and driving the success of a talented engineering team.\nThe role is based on-site in Sterling, VA, with occasional travel required.
