ESSM is a dynamic and growing program with both production and development efforts spanning across missile and launcher businesses. The unique business model allows for international exposure with our international partners. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results. The person who takes this role will be expected to work onsite up to 1-2 days per week. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ.\nWhat You Will Do\nEAC (Estimate at Complete) coordination, preparation, review and submission. \nManagement of cost / schedule progress in comparison to budgets and forecasts of Bookings / Sales / Profit / Cash monthly. \nSupport as require annual proposals (Gate 4’s) and contract baselines (Gate 5’s). \nAid in the development of Long Range Plan (LRP). \nInternal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting. \nFrequent interaction with various program managers, functional leaders, and multiple layers of the organization. \nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 2 years of experience. \nExperience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.).\nExperience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). \nThe ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
