The role focuses on FAI, PPAP, APQP, quality compliance, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across aerospace components and assemblies.\nJob Title: Senior Lead Engineer\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCreation, review, and approval of FAIR According to AS9102 requirements\nCreation, review, and approval of PPAP packages According to AS9145 requirements\nQuality Notifications (QN) handling and escape management\nProviding technical mentorship and guidance to engineers in support of operational/supplier quality activities\nBasic project management support including but not limited to, estimation, key metric monitoring & reporting\nSupport root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto analysis, 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) etc.,\nReading and interpreting engineering drawings and Specifications.\nDesign characteristic interpretation, GD&T interpretation, blue-print reading, DPD interpretation, measurement equipment used.\nCollaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables\nLead continuous improvement events (Kaizen, QCPC...etc.)\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering\n8-10 years of relevant experience in Aerospace/Automotive Sectors.\nExpertise with AS9102 & AS9145 requirements (Minimum 6 years of experience)\nHands on experience on FAI and PPAP creation, review, and approval\nHands on experience in process planning Inspection plans, PFMEA, Control Plan and Gauge R&R\nExperience in supporting manufacturing sites.\nExposure to Machined, Sheet- Metal, Electro-Mechanical, Wire Harness, PCBA commodities\nGood knowledge in Build to Print and Build to Specification for interconnect systems.
