Do\nCore Responsibilities\nLead systems engineering activities for Traffic Surveillance products throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements development through certification and deployment.\n\nTranslate customer, regulatory, and product requirements into system-level and detailed engineering requirements.\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of systems engineers.\n\nDefine and execute system integration, validation, and verification strategies for DAL-B avionics products.\n\nDevelop test plans, procedures, test cases, verification reports, and certification artifacts.\n\nCollaborate with software, hardware, certification, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nSupport certification activities with regulatory authorities and degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other STEM discipline.\n\n6-9 years of experience in avionics systems engineering.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience working within ARP4754A/B-based development programs.\n\nExperience developing and managing system requirements using Jama and/or DOORS.\n\nExperience defining and executing system integration and verification activities for avionics products.\n\nWorking knowledge of avionics communication protocols including ARINC 429, AFDX, Ethernet, or ARINC 615/615A.\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments using JIRA and Confluence.\n\nProficiency in Python scripting for engineering and automation activities.\n\nRequired Security Clearance\nAbility to obtain and maintain any required government security clearance, if applicable.\n\nRequired Immigration Status\nMust be authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future employer sponsorship.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience with Traffic Surveillance systems including ADS-B, TCAS, and Transponder products.\n\nFamiliarity with RTCA standards including DO-178C, DO-254, DO-160, and DO-297.\n\nExperience supporting SOI audits and certification reviews.\n\nMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n\nExperience
