Particularly a background in tactical airborne communications systems in the US Army, US Air Force and US Navy is desirable. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the US DoD requirements, budget and procurement processes, and be comfortable interacting with DoD subject matter experts in all areas of the acquisition process. Strong relationships / experience with PMA-209 & OPNAV N98 are a plus. Experience with organizations such as PMA-209, OPNAV, US Army PEO-Aviation, FVL-CFT, DAMO-AV, and G8-FDV is desired.\nThis position is fully remote but proximity to Washington DC is preferred.\nWhat You Will Do\nThe successful candidate will work in conjunction with program management and engineering leads, to uncover, pursue and capture new business in the military airborne communication market\nResponsible for developing, forecasting, and capturing new opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers\nDevelops and presents compelling strategic and business growth opportunities that may include market and competitive analysis via decision point reviews\nContinually scans environment for business and strategic growth opportunities\nLeading and working cross-functional, cross-enterprise teams\nPrepares and supports company profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates, including financial analysis\nNetworks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise. Represents organization as a prime contact on projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations\nWorks on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors.
