The ideal candidate shall have a well-rounded background; one that has demonstrated experience or training in multiple aspects of electrical engineering such as RF, digital, and analog design. This is an individual contributor role in which the engineer is part of a cohesive team of engineers responsible for developing key subsystems for the PNT product lines.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign and development of GPS receivers \nDesign of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals \nWork in a lab to accomplish component characterization as well as module verification and integration \nTest and handle sensitive RF Hardware \nSchematic capture and RF routing \nPartner with interdisciplinary teams - power, digital, mechanical, systems etc. \n Qualifications You Must Have:\nExperience with RF design and fabrication \nExperience with RF test and troubleshooting \nExperience with simulation of RF products \nExperience with any of the following tools: Mentor DX Designer or equivalent, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) or equivalent, SystemVue/Genesys or equivalent, Advanced Design System (ADS) or equivalent \nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience \nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
