Relocation is not provided.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead full lifecycle program management-from pursuit and capture through development, production, delivery, sustainment, and long-term strategic planning.\nThis position reports to the Director of Precision Landing Products and is responsible for leading a team of ~35 matrixed team members to drive Profit & Loss (P&L) for an assigned value stream generating $10M+ in annual sales.\nChair the cross-functional Program Management Team (PMT), ensuring effective contract management and performance across cost, schedule, and technical requirements.\nServe as the primary customer interface, addressing needs, resolving concerns, and driving upgrades and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).\nCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely technical execution across this system-of-systems portfolio.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nMinimum of 8 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the military or aerospace/defense industry.\nBachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
