The role is onsite in Westford, Massachusetts and is an integral part of the various program teams. This is a unique role due to the entity being a hGoodrich business and operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. We utilize hCollins SAP and Earned Value for Project tools. Excellent communication skills are required for interactions with, and guidance for, cross-functional teams.\nWhile in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis. The candidate will become an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice, reporting needs, and analysis on creation and execution of the program plan.\nWhat You Will Do:\nWork closely with cost analyst(s) and program team, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure the contractual schedule objectives are met\nEnsure cost and schedule are continuously reconciled, while taking steps to correct any mismatched items and addressing root causes\nEnsure major projects are integrated across various functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, OSC, etc.\nOwn project schedules, soliciting regular updates, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts\nUtilize schedule analysis, metrics, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances\nWork with IPT members to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plans and integrated master schedules\nSupport and provide Program CDRLs related to the IMS\nQualifications You Must Have:\nPrevious experience with Program Scheduling in Defense industry\nProficiency with Microsoft Project\nTypically requires a University Degree and 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5+ years in related field\nQualifications We Prefer\nExpert experience in MS Excel \nExperience with Earned Value Concepts\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
