You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport the execution of Connected Factory projects across multiple manufacturing sites by tracking milestones, deliverables, actions, and overall project progress.\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze Microsoft Project schedules, ensuring accurate milestones, task dependencies, timelines, and status updates.\nPartner with Project Managers and site teams to monitor deployment readiness, identify project blockers, and track corrective actions through resolution.\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project performance, milestones, risks, and key metrics.\nTrack risks, actions, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and other PMO tools, escalating critical items and providing clear recommendations.\nAnalyze project data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities that may impact project execution or key milestones.\nPrepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and communications that translate complex project information into clear, actionable insights.\nSupport project governance activities, including daily and weekly project routines, leadership reviews, action tracking, and project documentation.\nCollaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other functional organizations to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables.\nUtilize Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planview, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools to maintain accurate project data and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nA University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.\nDemonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience supporting manufacturing transformation, digital manufacturing, or Connected Factory initiatives.\nExperience managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.\nExperience with RAID logs, PMO processes, project governance, or project controls.\nExperience developing dashboards, executive reports, and data-driven presentations using Power BI or similar tools.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Program Management.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing environments and operational transformation initiatives.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to identify project risks, analyze trends, and recommend actions.\nWhat We Offer:\nSome of our competitive benefits package includes:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance \nThree weeks of vacation for newly hired employees \nGenerous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds\nParticipation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) \nLife insurance and disability coverage \nEmployee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions \nAnd more! \nLearn More & Apply Now!\nOperations, Supply Chain and EH&S:\nThe next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here, and we are excited about what this means for our employees and customers!
