Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat you will do?\nDigital Engine Services team is dedicated to providing end to end solutions to improve aircraft reliability while reducing operating costs.\nThe Project Coordinator provides operational & administrative support to program management office (DES PMO) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nExpectations of this Role:\nProject Planning & Coordination\nSupport development and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables\nTrack progress on every project against their baseline project plans and flag delays or risks\nAssist in resource planning and allocation across projects\nPMO Communication\nSupport communication between Project team and rest of Digital Engine Services with an emphasis on bridging DES & ICC/IDCC team\nParticipate in project meetings and prepare minutes/action logs\nFollow up on action items and ensure timely closure both in terms of planned and urgent walk-in activities\nFollow up on Digital Demand Sheet actions and maintain project prioritization log\nPMO Systems & Reporting\nOwn and enhance PMO Dashboards, including KPI tracking and performance reporting\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across PMO systems including the dashboards\nDevelop and improve data visualizations & BI capability to support decision making in DES\nPMO Governance\nPrepare regular project status reports (schedule, cost, risks)\nEnsure proper version control and document management compliance\nSupport audit readiness and documentation traceability\nLead data quality clinic sessions within DES to ensure reliable KPI tracking and reporting\nPrepare regular project earned value reports and support resource capacity planning events\nQualifications You Must Have:\nAny degree with 5+ years of experience in program/project management experience.\nCertification in Project Management with proven program/project management experience\nStrong oral and written English communication skills\nExperience with Agile development standards and use of Azure DevOps and Confluence collaboration tools\nExtensive experience with MS Office applications including MS Projects for resource and earned value management\nExperience in aircraft engine performance and operability analysis\nStrong analytical skills and highly motivated with effective problem-solving skills and collaborative with strong teamwork skills\nProficient at handling several analytical tasks concurrently\nExpertise in BI tools such as Power BI\nExperience in cost control & budget tracking is preferred\nShifts/Work Hours:\nDay Shift: typically 9:00-16:00 IST on-site, on weekdays, with 2 hours of remote work to support EST meetings or training\nOn call support: availability outside standard hours for urgent issues\nLocation: Bengaluru\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
