Reporting to the Quality Manager this role shall be responsible for delivering Quality Assurance in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy across the several programs within the Sensors, Radar & Advanced Products businesses. The QA Engineer shall also be integrated and aligned to the respective program team(s).\nWorking as part of the QA Team, conducting day to day Quality Assurance activities whilst engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation.\nSkills and Experience\nWriting and reviewing Quality Plans, reports and customer documentation.\nDeveloping and maintaining sound, productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders\nEffective problem solving and multi-tasking to ensure the programs can meet their needs whilst still achieving the agreed quality requirements.\nProactive approach to risk reduction to prevent & resolve issues and remove non-value add processes\nExperience performing audits of products and processes within a program or business according to ISO Standards. Key player and representative during External audits\n· Help the PM, Engineering & Manufacturing teams define requirements for new products from a compliance perspective.\n· Lead Quality Working Groups to diagnose and mitigate product non-conformities identified internally and externally. Drive RCCA and Non-Conformance Management to conclusion.\n· Providing advice to the Business Area Lead and all Program Managers on the quality aspects of the work being undertaken.
