The finance lead position will supporting a portfolio of IOT programs and provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to build their foundational finance skills while growing their managerial skillset.\nThe selected candidate will have significant exposure to Product Support leadership and will work closely with the PS Program Teams and functional support leads on making financial, execution, and resource decisions. The selected candidate will have 1 direct report and be responsible for financial excellence across all program finance and business-related activities including cost and schedule execution and reporting, Estimates at Complete (EACs), financial planning and analysis (FP&A), proposal support, and IOT management.\nThe selected candidate must excel at multi-tasking, effective and influential communication, innovative problem solving, and possess a proactive skillset.\nThis role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to El Segundo, CA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead, develop, and provide analysis for a IOT portfolio of programs\nGrowth and development of direct report\nPrepare and brief finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required\nEstimates at Complete (EACs) of required programs\nSupport the development of the long range and annual operating plans\nMonthly forecast development and presentation (FP&A)\nSupport proposal development and program startup / contract closeout activities\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience\nExperience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nExperience with Raytheon business systems including SAP, BW, RPlan, EDIT+ or a similar system\nU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements\nQualifications We Prefer\nKnowledge of IOTs (Inter Organizational Transfers)\nAble to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form\nExperience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis\nExperience with application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role.
