We support critical programs with unclassified, classified, and proprietary information system capabilities and create end-to-end solutions to solve complex digital infrastructure problems.\nTo achieve the mission of our customers, we strive to empower people with authority and responsibility and provide access to tools and resources that enable each employee to continuously improve their technical and leadership competencies while achieving professional and personal goals.\nWhat You Will Do:\nYou will be supporting Raytheon Collateral Programs as a Senior System Administrator, based in Tewksbury, MA.\nWork as a team member in a fast-paced technological environment. \nUse troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a moderate to high scope and complexity to include the integration of hardware and operating systems (OS).\nWork with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements.\nProvide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.\nSystems are operational 24x7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.\nMust be able to support occasional after-hour maintenance and on-call support and must be able to lift to 35 pounds in support of hardware installations.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.\n Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.\nMust be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.\nExperience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nDepartment of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent) certification and an Operating System Certification.\nExperience with NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMF.\nExperience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions.\nExperience with Active Directory, VMware, administration, backup and recovery.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with efficiency.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
