If you’re passionate about solving meaningful challenges and eager to advance your career in a cutting-edge environment, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Senior Systems Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to validate operational performance and capabilities.\n\nDriving innovation by contributing to the development of new concepts that deliver value to our customers.\n\nSupporting integration and testing efforts as needed to ensure operational success.\n\nPreparing and presenting detailed data to propose changes to testing equipment, processes, or procedures.\n\nPartnering with design engineering teams to identify, develop, and implement hardware enhancements or solutions.\n\nProviding technical guidance and training to technicians, including troubleshooting and skill development.\n\nMonitoring product yields, identifying yield detractors, and implementing corrective actions to meet program objectives.\n\nActively participating in program meetings to report yield performance, identify root causes, and share corrective action plans.\n\nCommunicating effectively across teams and stakeholders, fostering a high-performance and innovative work environment.\n\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.\n\nExperience in Mechanical Engineering, along with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Test Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering with a focus on integration and testing.\n\nExperience creating and reviewing mechanical drawings.\n\nQualifications We Prefer\nAbility to work in a multidisciplinary team of design professionals including Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Test, Logistics and other System Engineers.\n\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and either recommend or execute rework to resolve issues effectively.\n\nExperience mentoring and/or providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers or technicians.\n\nProven ability to lead or oversee technical teams, including managing tasks, tracking progress, reporting outcomes, and supporting proposals.\n\nA proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.\n\nExperience developing and evaluating test plans and authoring detailed technical reports.\n\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
