This role will work to develop solutions that address unique customer mission needs by delivering customized engineering services, integration expertise, and advanced system capabilities. This is an onsite role located in Indianapolis, Indiana.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and document requirements and interfaces, design analysis, modeling and simulation, system integration and trade studies\nCoordinate with a cross-discipline team to meet customer/mission planning requirements\nLead efforts to ensure Statement of Work (SOW) compliance by defining verification approaches, developing documentation, and executing system qualification and verification tests.\nIntegrate software and hardware subsystems\nApply a structured, data-driven approach to diagnosing issues and developing solutions.\n Prepare and present reports and briefings both internally and externally to customers\nContribute to the completion of project/program milestones with little oversight\nFollow established System Engineering processes and procedures\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and task support to Junior level engineers\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience with requirements management and/or developing systems engineering products, such as system-level specifications, requirement allocation spreadsheets, or verification cross-reference matrices\nExperience with the integration of software and hardware subsystems\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
