Individuals must demonstrate the ability to support several engineers, providing the wide variety of administrative and computer skills to assist engineering projects. Assignments typically include:\nPreliminary document formatting and preparation utilizing computing resources with a variety of applications. \nPerforms as primary engineering support focal point for inquiries and problem resolution during the Inter-Entity IOT process. \nPerforms project non-technical duties. \nServes as process and tool expert for engineering design teams. \nMust possess ability to coordinate and lead activities as well as strong organization and analytical skills.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage Inter-Entity IOT requests and consultation \nGather all necessary info from Requestor and Performer roles \nManage IOT submittal turn-backs \nResponsible for formal IOT hand-off once charge numbers are created \nGuide compliant IOT creation \nHelp with guidance and light-weight IOT process education \nProperly and timely filling out metrics on every transaction \nCoordinate and lead activities as well as strong organization and analytical skills. \nEdits format of required documentation. \nPrepares presentations. \nCoordinates the interaction of project/program team and support functions to communicate schedule and status. \nFacilitates internal and/or external meetings. \nParticipates in status meetings. \nSharePoint access management. \nEngineering metrics collection and familiarity with process/RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) rollout. \nRequirements management support. \nChange Control Board (CCB) coordination/meeting minutes/tracking/action items. \nProvides tools expertise and support to Engineering: MS Office Apps, requirements capture databases, change management and tracking tools. Generate reports as required. \nInterfaces with engineers and engineering managers to create/edit documentation. \nCollects metrics and supports the preparation of presentation materials for analysis. \nWorks with Engineering to train on processes and tools.
