Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead new product and repair process industrialization from concept and development through qualification, validation, and full-scale production implementation.\nOwn assigned product value streams, ensuring seamless integration of new products and repair processes into existing operations.\nDevelop, qualify, and implement robust repair processes, establishing effective process controls to ensure product quality, capability, consistency, and repeatability.\nDevelop and enhance repair procedures, process standards, and detailed work instructions in accordance with Repair Process Standard Work (RPSW) requirements.\nCollaborate with contractors on the design, development, and fabrication of tooling and fixtures to support product and process industrialization.\nSupport equipment evaluation, procurement, installation, and commissioning for new product introduction and process development.\nLiaise with Pratt & Whitney and other engine OEMs on technical data reviews, process qualification, and technology transfer to facilitate successful industrialization.\nEstablish and maintain process monitoring and control methods, conducting regular technical data reviews to ensure compliance, process certification, and continuous improvement.\nDrive process optimization, productivity improvements, and standardization across assigned value streams to enhance operational efficiency and output.\nProvide technical support to Operations, including troubleshooting process and equipment issues and interpreting technical data to sustain production performance.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives, including Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE), Technology & Automation, and Lean Manufacturing, to strengthen operational excellence.\nQualifications You Must Have\nDegree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry.\nSound understanding of workshop practices, aircraft engine repair processes, and manufacturing operations.\nAbility to interpret engine maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and blueprints and translate technical requirements into detailed work instructions.\nKnowledge of applicable aviation airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.\nExperience developing, reviewing, and revising technical work instructions and repair procedures.\nStrong understanding of process planning, process control, tooling, and gauging.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), particularly aircraft engine component repair and industrialization.\nFamiliarity with new product introduction (NPI), repair process qualification, validation, and technology transfer.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, mistake-proofing methodologies, process certification, and continuous improvement practices.\nExposure to equipment commissioning, tooling and fixture development, and manufacturing process optimization.\nExperience collaborating with engine OEMs and cross-functional stakeholders to drive technical improvements and operational excellence.\nWhat We Offer\nCareer and skills development opportunities.\nEmployee scholarship program for further education.\nComprehensive health, medical and dental benefits.\nOn-the-job training and in-house/external certifications.\nCompetitive renumeration package.\nAllowance and overtime benefits where appliable.\nCompany transport provided.
