As a result, we are looking for a number of Skilled Fabricator/Sheet Metal Worker to join the production team.\nThis is a great opportunity for Fitters with the right skills to increase their capability and standards of work in a highly regulated environment where all training and support will be provided.\nWhat You Will Do\nThe role will involve mechanical assembly, sheet metal work, fabrication and general finessing of products made from aluminium and steel which are then welded and tested before final quality inspections..\nResponsibilities:\n· Read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly guidelines\n· Assemble and test productions through different stages\n· Work with the production team to meet project targets and deadlines\n· Support ACE activities (5s, TPM, Turnbacks, Clinics)\n· Maintain LOT traceability and quality control\n· Continue ongoing internal and external training to welding certification requirements\n· Ensure working environment is clean, organised and company standards\n· Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety requirements\nShifts:\nThis role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts:\nMorning: 6:00 AM-1:45 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 6:00 AM-12:00 PM (Friday).\nAfternoon: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 12:15 PM-5:15 PM (Friday).\nWhat You Will Learn\nProfessional Development: Access to company-paid certifications and training programs, mentorship and guidance from industry leaders, leadership opportunities, spearhead exciting high-impact projects and initiatives.
