Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.\nThe Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization includes all the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & testing of all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for testing including test requirements, test system design, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations, environmental testing, and environmental characterization. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state-of-the-art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and update custom test equipment hardware for launcher, radar, and missile non-tactical test systems.\nSupport critical process gates, including design reviews, to ensure successful project execution.\nTroubleshoot TCP/IP connection-based systems and Circuit Card Assembly troubleshooting.\nPerform integration, verification, and qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications.\nWork across disciplines to address program requirements while ensuring cost and schedule objectives are met.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, and a commitment to innovation in support of our mission.\nTravel domestically and internationally as needed (~10-20%).\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 2 years of related experience.\nExperience troubleshooting with commonly used test equipment, including:Oscilloscopes\nNetwork Analyzers\nSpectrum Analyzers\nDigital Multimeters\n\nExperience with Hands-on hardware integration and troubleshooting\nExperience designing, developing, and integrating object-oriented software applications using C# in Microsoft Visual Studio within a Windows OS environment.\nExperience reading or generating schematic diagrams.\nMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in the design and development of digital and analog test system products.\nWorking knowledge of common computer hardware interfaces and data protocols, such as TCP/IP, UDP, or RS-422.\nExperience with CAD tools like AutoCAD and Creo for hardware design and documentation.\nExperience working on military systems testing and evaluation.\nExperience with data analysis\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.\nLocation Information: This role is based onsite at our campus located at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The site is conveniently situated near El Paso, TX (about 1.2 hours away), Las Cruces, NM (about 45 minutes away), and Alamogordo, NM (about 1 hour away).\nAs part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.\nThe salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
