The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA.\nThe following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy and Transformation Team:\nAs part of the Enterprise Services (ES) Strategy and Transformation team, this role will support business needs and projects across indirect categories, with an emphasis on HR categories, including recruiting, learning-and-development, benefits administration, wellness programs, mobility services, and employee onboarding/offboarding.\nThe ideal candidate will draw from past experience with various communications, marketing, and event management suppliers and can assist with translating this knowledge via contract negotiations and project management skills to lead the coordination, communication and integration of suppliers to support the achievement of technical, financial and performance objectives. This individual will have an understanding of supplier products/services and develop various strategies to drive year on year cost savings to help RTX meet its bottom line.\nAn understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, from contract negotiations to requisition and PO placement is needed for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to develop effective presentations and present to leadership and peers.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSpecific responsibilities will include but not limited to:\nDrives contract requirements and negotiations. \nDevelop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX technical, financial, and performance objectives. \nServe as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with strategic priorities. \nLeads end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation and management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations. \nManages partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters to support global talent acquisition needs. \nEvaluate and select suppliers for learning and development programs, including training providers, leadership development solutions, and e learning platforms. \nOversee supplier relationships related to benefits administration, employee wellness programs, and other HR services. \nManage relocation and mobility services contracts, including relationships with relocation firms and providers of immigration and expatriate services. \nCreate and execute category strategies balancing cost efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. \nEnsure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and applicable privacy regulations throughout the contracting and supplier engagement process. \nPartner with HR consulting firms and global stakeholders (e.g., Singapore) to support international sourcing requirements. \nCoordinate and lead calls across multiple time zones to support regional HR operations. \nAligns with stakeholders on vendor consolidation activities to drive contract savings \nFacilitate supplier performance reviews, benchmarks & reporting \nBuild strong partnerships across various stakeholders (legal, finance, etc.) \nDevelop executive level analysis & presentations \nWork with Stakeholders on benchmarking industry trends and changes, as requested. \nPartner with key stakeholders on strategic vendor meetings and strategies. \nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience \nExperience with sourcing roles and functions, including creating sourcing roadmaps, developing category strategies, licensing/asset management, risk management, and requirement change management \nDemonstrated expertise sourcing vendors for HR categories, including recruiting, learning-and-development, benefit agencies, wellness programs, and mobility services. \nExpertise in drafting, negotiating and interpreting sophisticated commercial agreements;
