The Coyote factory in the United Arab Emirates will be the first of its kind a lean high-velocity production center for next-generation counter-UAS technologies. We are seeking bold execution-driven team members to help drive the standard for operational excellence.\nThe Scheduling Analyst will support the operations of Raytheons new Coyote program factory located in the Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). This role ensures end-to-end production planning scheduling and control activities ensuring material and resource availability configuration control and accurate Cetec MRP data to support production plan. The role will act as part of production planning control tower by updating planning data monitoring execution against plan and escalating risks in timely manner.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDevelop and manage production plans aligned with demand capacity and material availability.\nExecute and optimize MRP in Cetec including work order release sequencing and rescheduling based on priorities and constraints.\nEnsure alignment across engineering releases BOMs routings and work orders including implementation of ECOs and changes.\nMaintain accurate planning master data and support MRP system administration standardization and continuous improvement.\nPerform capacity and workforce planning identifying bottlenecks and supporting shift planning and resource allocation decisions.\nAnalyze MRP outputs (shortages exceptions pegging) and proactively mitigate material risks impacting production.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Procurement Warehouse Engineering and Quality to resolve production and material issues.\nMonitor production performance and KPIs manage WIP and provide regular reports and insights to support operational and leadership decisions.\nQualifications You Must Have: \nTypically requires a University Degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Operations or Supply Chain or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior experience in production planning scheduling or ERP-driven environment\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations routings BOMs and Capacity Planning\nHands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP Cetec etc.)\nAdvance proficiency in MS Excel and Data analysis (pivot tables trackers dashboards)\nAbility to work in highly controlled constraint driven production environment\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
