Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRaytheon is seeking a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management to join our centralized Inventory Compliance team, responsible for managing and safeguarding inventory across Raytheon’s U.S. operations. This position ensures the accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records through analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple functions.\nThis Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Management will work closely with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, and other stakeholders to uphold operational excellence and compliance with company and government standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system checks, in place shipments, and general material compliance.\nProcess incoming and outgoing material transactions accurately and maintain required documentation within Special Program Access guidelines.\nUse MRP/ERP system principles to maintain data accuracy and support routine decision making.\nAssist with investigating discrepancies and contribute to corrective and preventive action activities.\nContribute to inventory forecasting and trend analysis by maintaining metrics and gathering data.\nAssist with audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, customer reviews) by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.\nMonitor and report basic system health and performance metrics; identify opportunities to streamline existing processes.\nBuild effective working relationships with internal and external partners to support team objectives.\nShare knowledge and help reinforce standard processes and compliance expectations within the team.\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities that support efficiency, accountability, and inventory performance.\nThis position will be onsite at our Carrollton, TX location.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.\nExperience with either logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.\nExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems.\nExperience utilizing Special Program Access ERP systems.\nExperience with Office 365, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.\nExperience with end-to-end supply chain value stream.\nActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or other advanced planning systems.\nExperience utilizing Special Program Access ERP systems.\nExperience with Office 365, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.\nExperience with end-to-end supply chain value stream.\nActive and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain Top Secret or higher clearance level or program access after start date.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
