As a Senior Analyst, Procurement, you will ensure materials are available when needed, manage supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve supply chain processes. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support production and achieve business goals.\nWhat You Will Do?\nManage the purchasing of direct materials and components to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.\nReview MRP requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure material availability.\nMonitor purchase orders, identify supply risks, and address potential delays that may affect production.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.\nMonitor supplier performance against On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and other key performance indicators.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and support special projects and process improvements.\nCoordinate shipping documents with inbound logistics to support timely shipment processing and customs clearance.\nAssess product changes and their impact on inventory and production.\nManage inventory levels using Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and other inventory management strategies.\nTrack supply chain KPIs and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.\nWhat You Will Learn\nGain experience in procurement and end-to-end supply chain operations.\nDevelop skills in supplier management, cost reduction, and inventory optimization.\nStrengthen your analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nLearn how to improve supply chain processes and manage supply risks.\nGain exposure to global supply chain operations in the aerospace manufacturing industry.\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nRelevant experience in procurement, purchasing, materials planning, or supply chain operations.\nKnowledge of MRP, purchase order management, and inventory control.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nWillingness to work on a night shift schedule.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial supply chain operations.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems.\nExperience in supplier performance monitoring, cost reduction, and inventory management.\nKnowledge of OTD, DPPM, PPV analysis, and supply chain KPIs.\nExperience in process improvement and cross-functional projects.\nFamiliarity with shipping documentation and customs clearance processes.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
