Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop detailed designs, 3D models, and engineering drawings for aerospace components and systems using Design tools.\nPerform design analysis to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.\nCollaborate with different stakeholders to ensure designs are optimized for production and assembly.\nLead design projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members\nSupport design reviews, customer presentations, and technical discussions\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in design and development.\nQualifications You Must Have\nBachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical\nKnowledge in reading and interpreting drawings\nExcellent Computer Skills, especially in Excel and MS Office Applications\nGood team collaboration skills\nHighly analytical and very keen on detailsKnowledge in using design software\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
