This role is focused on driving exceptional performance at key suppliers for high-visibility localization programs. Based in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, Industrial City #3. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in supplier performance management, capable of elevating & upskilling suppliers with low operational maturity, ensuring adherence to Raytheon's stringent quality, cost, and delivery standards.\nResponsibilities to Anticipate:\nSupplier Performance Focus: Develop and implement targeted performance management strategies to ensure the supplier meets Raytheon's quality, cost, and delivery schedule requirements.\nContinuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier site, focusing on process optimization, quality enhancement, and cost reduction to elevate our CORE domain maturity.\nPerformance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report weekly & monthly on supplier performance metrics, conducting regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensure alignment with program objectives, and improve performance leveraging the CORE tier management framework.\nIssue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve performance issues at supplier sites & sub-tiers, working closely with the supplier and internal stakeholders, implementing corrective actions preventing recurrence.\nRisk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks specific to the supplier and program, ensuring uninterrupted supply and program success.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, quality, and program management teams, to ensure alignment on supplier performance objectives and initiatives.\nRelationship Development: Provide on-site training and daily in-person engagement with key suppliers at the prime and sub tier levels, fostering a collaborative relationship, ensuring performance & timely access.\nStrategic Sourcing Support: Support strategic sourcing initiatives related to the supplier, ensuring alignment with Raytheon's broader supply chain and program goals\nReporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on supplier performance metrics in close collaborating with the subcontracts manager, providing insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.\nQualifications You Must Have: \nEducation: Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred\n Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of related experience in supplier performance management, supply chain management, or operations management, with a demonstrated track record of driving performance improvements (metric oriented) in low-maturity environments.\nTechnical Skills: Strong technical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.\nAnalytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and process improvement\nCommunication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders with indirect reporting relationships. -\nLeadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance improvements within supplier organizations -\nProject Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a focused, high-stakes environment.\nDetail-oriented: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nLanguages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
