Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.\nThis is a 4th shift position, which includes an 8% added pay differential\nAs a Senior Manufacturing Engineer you will play a crucial role in optimizing our microelectronics production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Individuals will be required to participate in process improvement initiatives, establishment of process base line metrics, and SPC implementation and process data analysis. Fourth shift provides production support by working 12-hour shifts from Friday through Sunday, along with a 4-hour workday during the week.\nWhat You Will Do\nTranslating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation\nProgramming for manufacturing automation\nDispositioning of discrepant hardware\nLeading corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives.\nManufacturing process development and maintenance\nConducting safety / ergonomic assessments\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. \n3 years of experience in CAD for designing tooling, fixtures and 3D fixturing.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
