Our Manufacturing Supplier Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement. In this role you will be responsible for working directly with Suppliers and Supplier Quality, monitoring production performance, leading yield improvements and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), supporting factory compliance with site policies and procedures, validating proper change control and implementation, and more.\nWhat You Will Do\nUtilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.\nAnalyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.\nInvestigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.\nCommunicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.\nAssist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.\nQualifications You Must Hav e\nTypically requires a Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and three (3) years related experience\nExperience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes\nExperience with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System\nExperience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
