This position reports to the Associate Director, End User Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, leadership, customer service, vendor management, and communication skills. This role requires proven experience leading regional field service delivery teams and overseeing the execution of enterprise-scale infrastructure projects across diverse technologies. The Senior Manager will drive operational excellence, manage strategic vendor relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with business objectives. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, network printing, end user computing technologies, and supporting shop floor computing.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage a team of highly skilled individual contributors\nVendor management\nIdentify and plan End User Services projects to support strategic and operational requirements\nDeploy world class technology and streamlined processes to enhance RTX digital environment\nManage several projects at once leveraging contracted teams as needed to implement projects related to infrastructure\nDevelop, manage and execute projects to maintain software and hardware currency in the computing environment, such as technology refreshes and upgrades\nWork with managed service providers and coordinate with the Digital teams to manage service levels, projects and performance related to relevant outsourcing agreements\nManage RTX driven infrastructure projects and lead the company’s participation in relevant Passport reviews and planning activities\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.\n7+ years of experience managing IT projects and support for shop floor computing\n7+ years of managing an End User Services environment\nQualifications We Prefer\nDemonstrated proficiency in IT areas of analytical thinking and innovation\nDemonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, environment\nDemonstrated strong technical aptitude, project management, and communication skills\nExperience and background working with large teams to define and execute IT projects\nDemonstrated experience working with managed service delivery partners to deliver the expected business outcomes\nIndustry accreditations are Preferred (ITIL)\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nHighly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including the delivery of complex projects with multiple stakeholders\nAble to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others\nLearn More & Apply Now!\nWork Location\nThis is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
