Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nFunction as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program leading the Electrical Team while supporting cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.\nProvide technical support of 5-10 engineers, with a focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship and training, etc.\nCoordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization. \nDirect involvement with and or support of design reviews, schedule risk, red rack burn down, supplier coordination, documentation, compliance, testing and validation, peer reviews and continuous improvement. \nCollaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.\nTravel Requirements: less than 25% annually.\nShift Information: 1st shift, onsite.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience\nRF, analog, digital, and or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and or digital signal processing, debugging, failure investigations. Knowledge of FPGA integration and implementation preferred.\nProduction engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware, including systematic problem solving, failure investigations or Root Cause and Corrective Action.\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills creating and presenting technical content to cross-functional peers, leaders, suppliers and customers.\nQualifications We Prefer\nMS in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Equivalent.\nProduction process knowledge of CCA, EO, RF, Seeker Sensor, or electronic subsystems; including circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and supplier sub-tier supplier support.\nEffective organization, emotional intelligence, etc.\nSystems thinking, strong problem solving in alignment with the OCE.\nTechnical support experience of test equipment, test automation scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry specifications.\nExperience with subsystems integration and test, post test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and implementing Engineering Change Notices.\nExperience with Software Firmware languages; Python, C, Basis, Java, VHDL, Verilog.\nLeadership of technical teams, including technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination, preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal support.\nCertification for Basis of Estimate generation.\nCertification for Earned Value Management.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
