Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Undersea Portfolio within the Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Mine Detection and Sustainment program area. This position will report directly to the Undersea Director. The Program Manager will lead a staff of multi-functional leads across multiple locations as well as interface directly with our Navy Customer both in Panama City, FL and DC to ensure contract objectives and deliverables are met. This position requires a high level of leadership and management to achieve technical, cost and schedule requirements necessary to meet the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP), while also meeting the expectations and contractual requirements of the contract with the US Navy.\n**This is an onsite position at the Portsmouth, RI site.\n**Relocation assistance is NOT available\nWill You Will Do:\nManage the daily execution of the programs ensuring objectives and deliverables are met per the terms of the contracts.\nAccountability for profit and loss, AOP and financial metrics for the programs\nExecution of a comprehensive strategy to grow and expand the programs.
