Primary focus is on HVAC, but will, on occasion provide some supervision for Millwrights, Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Sheet Metal, Janitorial and general maintenance. Required to cover off hours, winter weather events, and supervise all trades on a rotation shared with other members of the Team.\nWhat You Will Do\n\n·Provide technical support to Management and Teammates,\n Provide leadership and supervision to trades personnel.\n Lead HVAC/Mechanical system evaluations and provide recommendations to Senior Management based on cost, schedule, and State, Federal regulations.\n Provide team leadership based on technical knowledge and ability to routinely develop cost effective solutions over a range of complex issues while ensuring solutions are innovative and consistent with organizational goals and objectives.\n Perform work with minimal direction, communicate and collaborate well with team members, Management, Security, EHS, internal customers, and the bargaining unit.\nQualifications You Must Have\nMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of HVAC and Mechanical systems maintenance and installations including Building Management Systems and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling on lieu of degree\n5+ years’ leadership experience in the trades area\n3+ years’ experience in building infrastructure and technology, reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.\nCurrent Massachusetts HVAC license\nKnowledge of Massachusetts and National Building codes.\nThis position requires the eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
