You will focus on simplifying processes, improving internal customer satisfaction, and enhancing delivery performance and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and achievement of business outcomes.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead and participate in regular sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, intake, and planning meetings.\nDevelop and manage detailed business cases, including gathering key scope inputs, requirements, and targeted business outcomes.\nCollaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leads, and technical teams to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals.\nDrive change management and communication activities to support project implementation.\nUtilize ERP systems, tools, and command media to ensure efficient project execution and supply chain operations.\nApply standard project management lifecycles to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.\nProvide cross-functional leadership to align stakeholders and ensure project success.\nUse data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize project outcomes.\nManage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless project execution.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.\nExperience in core supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.\nExperience with ERP systems and related tools.\nExperience with standard project management lifecycles and methodologies.\n\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in change management practices and methodologies.\nExperience with CORE methodologies and operations.\nExperience with advanced supply chain tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
