Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe SM-3 Integration & Verification (I&V) team is seeking a mid-career Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in MATLAB, scripting languages, and development of detailed technical reports. The ideal candidate will support engineering teams by performing complex data analysis, developing automated tools, and communicating insights that drive design decisions, system performance assessments, and program execution.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform quantitative analysis on engineering, test, and system performance data using MATLAB and other scripting environments\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain data processing scripts to automate workflows and improve analysis efficiency. \nProduce clear, comprehensive technical reports and presentations summarizing methods, findings, conclusions, and recommendations. \nCollaborate with Systems Engineering, Test, and other cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. \nValidate and verify data integrity, identify trends, and troubleshoot anomalies. \nSupport development of analysis plans, data architectures, and process improvements. \nApply statistical methods and engineering principles to evaluate system behavior and support decision-making.\nEnsure all documentation and analysis products align with program, engineering, and compliance standards.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math or other related engineering disciplines.
