In this role, as a change agent, you will be responsible for positively impacting cost, schedule, and quality requirements for solid rocket motor production at a supplier. This role will develop key executive-level relationships internally with Program Management, Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality & Mission Assurance. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and developing collaboration, trust, and accountability with the suppliers' senior management levels, to drive business results that have a significant impact on the portfolio’s financial performance and bottom line. Additionally, you will enable the delivery of solid rocket motors in support of the Navy and Missile Defense Agency mission capabilities. You will navigate Supplier Statement of Work/Specification changes, enabling robust risk and opportunity management.
