In this role, the Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations will provide direction to employees, leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.\nEnsures all quality related items for one cell are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.\nAssists in cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.\nAssists in scheduling for one cell so that production schedules are met.\nAssists in sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, for a cell to optimize productivity.\nCoordinates activities for materials and logistics problem resolution of a cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.\nMonitors cell performance and productivity of a cell to maximize productivity.\nAssists in production innovation, including additive manufacturing, of a cell to enhance the cell’s production capabilities.\nInterfaces with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nBachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business OR an Associate's Degree with 4 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business\nIn absence of a degree, High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications\nWorking knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience in aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing environments.\nExperience using process control/ Six-Sigma and/or Lean manufacturing tools\nWorking knowledge of SAP\nProven success in operational leadership, capacity expansion and implementing productivity improvements.\nLearn More & Apply Now:\nPlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
