The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and strategic, capable of managing crisis situations and long-term development actions that align with business unit goals and enterprise-wide initiatives.\nWhat You Will Do\nContainment & Recovery:\nLead internal and supplier containment actions in collaboration with Operations and Quality.\nFacilitate supplier kick-off meetings to align expectations and establish rapid response actions.\nConduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to resolve critical quality or delivery issues.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement improvement plans and ensure clear communication through plan review checkpoints.\nMonitor leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress.\nEvaluate whether exit criteria have been achieved for containment efforts.\nEscalate persistent issues to crisis mode or tiger teams when warranted.\nPartner with Commodity Teams and SBUs to ensure closed-loop feedback and transition to sustainable operations.\nSupplier Development & Capability Building:\nLead supplier site identification and prioritize development efforts aligned with risk, impact, and strategic commodity needs.\nConduct Supplier Readiness and Health Assessments.\nEngage suppliers with development roadmaps, training, and targeted actions tied to maturity models and long-term growth.\nAlign with Commodity Managers and Engineering teams on supplier readiness for new programs or volume ramp-ups.\nFacilitate structured improvement plan development, KPI tracking, and gate reviews.\nMonitor progress toward achieving target maturity levels and initiate sustainment planning once development objectives are met.\nSupport long-term monitoring and re-engagement cycles to ensure supplier performance remains stable.\nDevelop and build manufacturing process technology tools and standardization include FMEA and Control Plans\nTransition Management & Leadership:\nProvide leadership and/or support for supplier transitions, ensuring a smooth handover of work scope with minimal disruption.\nSupport the sustainment phase by monitoring supplier maturity post-transition and ensuring long-term capability.\nAlign with internal business units and suppliers to reinforce performance expectations and continuous improvement efforts.\nExecute APQP for new product launch and work transition projects\nKey Interfaces:\nCommodity Managers\nQuality Assurance & Engineering\nOperations and Planning\nStrategic Business Units (SBUs)\nSupplier Site Leadership\nCrisis Response and Tiger Teams\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree and minimum 7+ years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5+ years of experience.\nAbility to travel to supplier sites as needed - approximately 50% of time.\nExperience in Electronics commodities, specifically, PWB, PCBA, Components, Modules and Distributors.\nPrior experience in Supplier Management, Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.\nProven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.\nStrong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience leading supplier recovery, industrialization, or work transfer projects.\nExperience working within a global matrix organization.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (MS project, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Access).\nQualifications We Prefer\nThe ideal candidate must have a high energy level, experience working with cross-functional personnel, high communication skills including ability to develop a network of relationships with the various Collins Aerospace business units, strong work orientation and be well organized.\nAbility to apply CORE principles/tools to manage processes, ensuring continuous improvement in the systems and benchmarking best practices enhancing customer satisfaction at all levels.\nSix Sigma certification or equivalent quality qualification.\nProficient in SAP ERP/MRP system.\nLearn More & Apply Now\nZakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 11 667,0 PLN - 23 333,0 PLN.
