Securely.\nCollins Aerospace is looking for a Supplier Quality Compliance Auditor to work remotely in Spain!\nYour mission will be as below :\nMissions:\nEnsures that the quality of RTX suppliers, products and processes are compliant with internal and regulatory standards and are continuously improving.\nManages and/or oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements, contracts and metrics, to ensure the compliance of external suppliers.\nPrepares and maintains Quality systems (documentation, processes and training).\nEvaluates the compliance and effectiveness of the QMS of suppliers. Works with other functions to ensure systems are compliant, efficient and can deliver to customer requirements. Audit team members develop, conduct, and support audits including providing feedback on noncompliance and corrective action(s).\nDetermines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.\nManages supplier quality performance through prevention, monitoring/escalation processes, processing of supplier submission of nonconforming material.\nManages/Supports supplier onboarding and qualification/certification. Manages source inspection and material release processes. Performs Escape management procedures, drives root cause analysis & problem solving and recommends corrective and preventive action for systemic supplier process and product materials.\nProactively supports the RTX supplier programs to ensure healthy continuous improvement and sustainability.\nWill travel up to 70% accross Europe to meet vendors.\nYour Profile:\nMay manage moderately sized projects or processes.\nTypically viewed as subject-matter expert within discipline.\nHas advanced to expert knowledge of work area.\nProblems faced are difficult and often complex.\nMinimal oversight from manager.\nCoaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals.\nInfluences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.\nRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
