The candidate must have strong communication skills and be a proven leader with a desire to be a change agent. The candidate must be ready to work in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to lead continuous improvement projects. Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency are a must. The associated tasks listed below are necessary to prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would have a significant impact on the program’s cost and schedule requirements.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage a team consisting of multiple team members that supports multiple programs and Raytheon sites.\nSupport Program, Integrated Planning Lead (IPL), and Material Program Manager (MPM) on material procurement plans.\nSupport End Item builds by escalating constraints through Tiered accountability process to Senior Cross functional leadership. \nBe responsible for managing team headcounts to appropriate accounting structure. \nCoach, train and develop your team, drive career development. \nAssist and lead your team to success that is measured through Control Towers and various metrics. \nReview, analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in SAP per MRP or MPM PO placement plans.\nEnsure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams.\nEvaluate material availability, identify potential gaps, and proactively work supplied material issues. \nFacilitate cross functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and coordinate some logistics activities.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience\nExperience with Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics\nExperience with SAP/PRISM, MRP, ADSUBCON, etc\nExperience with Maestro Kinaxis\nSupervisory or managerial experience\nActive and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
