Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring server hardware and networking equipment, assisting end users with hardware and software needs, and collaborating with engineering staff, external vendors, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.\nAutomating routine tasks by developing scripts and improving efficiency.\nManaging data center operations, including verifying server and equipment health, organizing resources, and overseeing the disposition of retired servers.\nProviding support for servers and desktops running Linux, Windows, or macOS operating systems.\nOrganizing and maintaining the IT document repository.\nConducting research and evaluating IT products.\nQualifications You Must Have\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field of study and actively enrolled through the duration of the internship.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in the administration of Windows 10 operating systems.\nKnowledge of PC hardware repair, including laptops, desktops, and servers.\nUnderstanding of additional operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (or CentOS), Ubuntu, and Windows Server.\nExperience with scripting and automation.\nKnowledge of basic IT infrastructure services, security, and protocols.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
