Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX.\nWhat You Will Do:\nSupport planning and execution of USAF APG-82 Public Private Partnership (PPP) and F-15 Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) programs - This includes Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) qualification activities, or Troubleshooting Test activities in our labs, in the field, or at a Depot facility\nSupport activity may require travel (up to 20%)\nComplete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB as well as applicable data-query or analytics tools (SQL or similar platforms) as needed.\nPrepare and present results in reports and briefings to IPTLs, Systems Engineering, and Chief Engineering. This includes summarizing large amounts of field-collected data and refining it into clear, concise insights for decision-makers.\nPerform root-cause analysis & implement minor design changes, incorporating the review of relevant large data trends to help identify contributing factors and guide recommendations.\nDevelop scripts and tools using Python to analyze system and test data, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights for engineering and sustainment teams.\n Qualifications You Must Have:\nBachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). \nExperience with programming, data analysis, and automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, C, C#, MATLAB, Python).· \nExperience working in teams troubleshooting technical issues. \nQualifications We Prefer:\nExperience with or exposure to various military platforms for weapons conveyance, such as ships, ground combat systems, fixed and rotary wing aircraft\nExperience working with schematics and electronic test equipment to troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems.\nStrong understanding of root cause analysis methods (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)\nExperience with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, R, JMP, or similar)\nGood communication and technical documentation skills\nWhat We Offer:\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
