Develop system architecture and model using Model Based Systems Engineering. Conduct trade studies based on Concept of Operations. Collaborate with engineers of all disciplines.\nPerform Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the testing\nIntegrate Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact. Evaluate test results for requirements compliance.\nCreate/modify documentation in support of design reviews and in preparation for test events.\nPerform Platform Integration, Flight Test, Qualification, Design Verification Execution\nTroubleshoot and Analyze: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.\nPerform Data Analysis: Conduct statistical and numerical analysis test data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.\nSupport Missions: Travel as needed to support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience\nExperience with systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test.\nQualifications We Prefer\nExperience in the Defense Industry, and specifically with military systems; tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as Department of Defense customer infrastructure experience.\nUnderstanding of the Systems Engineering product lifecycle\nExperience with performing performance analysis and presenting analytical and technical material\nExperience with DOORS, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools.\nExperience with model-based engineering and associated tools\nExperience in developing and managing requirements.\nExperience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification.\nExperience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.\nExperience with generating technical documentation, such as trade studies, test plans, procedures, or technical reports.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
