The Systems Engineering Manager is a senior engineer on site, responsible for the engineering integrity of the systems, equipment and product covered by the contract.\nThe Section Leader performs management activities and provides leadership for approximately 10-15 engineers supporting various site contracts. These activities include technical development of people, providing and identifying appropriate training for people, employee’s performance reviews, setting goals, mentoring, salary planning, employee recognition and awards, benefits, Overhead and capital planning, EH&S, ethics, recruiting.\nAs part of Collins Mission Systems, we specialize in developing advanced communication systems, ground and flight computers, sensors, cyber and software solutions, as well as providing integration of Mission Systems.
