Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nWhat You Will Do\nContribute to civil safety assessment process in accordance with ARP4761 or military assessments in accordance with MIL-STD-882E; including but not limited to, System Safety Program Plans (SSPPs), Functional Hazard Assessments (FHAs), Preliminary System Safety Assessments (PSSAs), System Safety Assessments (SSAs), Fault Tree Analysis (FTAs), Common Mode Analyses (CMAs), and Hazard Tracking System (HTS).\nSupport systems, hardware, and software engineering teams in defining system safety requirements during development activity.\nContribute to the review of design and development documentation for safety critical equipment.\nWrite requirements, analyze failure conditions, and create fault trees for Vision and Sensing Systems products. \nContribute to Reliability Assessments, which includes performing reliability predictions to establish MTBF estimates and component failure rates. These analyses utilize the 217Plus methodology and include utilizing field performance of similar equipment when applicable to increase accuracy of the assessment. \nContribute to Derating Analysis, Failure Modes & Effects Analyses (FMEAs), High Intensity Radiation Fields (HIRF) and Lightning analysis, Testability analysis and Maintainability Assessments. \nCollaborate with engineers and generate a positive team working environment.\nReceive mentorship from experienced engineers and participate in peer reviews.\nAcquire technical domain knowledge and contribute to the design of sophisticated architectural systems.\n\nWhat You Will Learn:\nHands-On Experience: Work on groundbreaking avionics systems with practical exposure to industry-leading tools and technologies within the Vision and Sensing Systems product portfolio.\nProfessional Growth: Access company-sponsored certifications, training programs, and mentorship opportunities. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
