Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nThe Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities discipline is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Lead to support Patriot Missile programs. The I&T Lead will be responsible for a range of engineering activities, including defining integration strategies, planning for requirements sell-off, leading test execution, and conducting data analysis for system integration and verification in hardware-in-the-loop facilities and during ground and flight tests. This role requires the ability to support alternate shifts, work extended hours, and travel as needed.\nWhat You Will Do\nOversee planning and execution activities for integrating newly developed missile subassemblies, serving as a subject-matter expert for integration methods, workflows, and technical requirements.\nSupport and help drive complex integration and test events, including developing and preparing test beds required for system-level integration and testing of missile subassemblies.\nCoordinate resources, schedules, and execution across multiple test facilities to ensure successful and efficient integration and test operations.\nManage and maintain tools used to document, communicate, and track the complex flow of integration activities, ensuring visibility into dependencies and coordinated resource planning.\nWrite and review integration and verification documentation, including test plans, procedures, test cases, and engineering reports, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with program requirements.\nReview and analyze test data to identify system performance issues, support root-cause investigations, and contribute to integration and verification issue resolution.\nCompile, summarize, and present analysis results and technical findings to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.\nCollaborate across engineering functions-including operations and manufacturing-to drive system performance improvements and address integration challenges.\nSupport mission execution through travel (up to 10%) to RTX facilities, test sites, vendor locations, and customer locations, primarily during first shift with occasional support during second shift hours.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.\nExperience with missile subassembly integration and test.\nQualifications We Prefer\nActive and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance.\nExperience integrating and testing missile systems, RF subassemblies, and CCAs, including developing simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance.\nExperience analyzing large sets of system performance data using tools such as MATLAB to support requirement verification.\nExperience interfacing with internal and external customers and identifying technical solutions to complex requirements.\nExperience generating technical documentation to support requirements integration and verification, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.\nWhat We Offer\nOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
